How long does shipping take for a new bicycle?
Most bikes are processed within 2-3 business days. Depending on your location, shipping typically takes 5-7 business days. All bikes are professionally packed to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
Do your bikes come fully assembled?
Bikes shipped to your door are 85-95% assembled. You will typically need to install the front wheel, handlebars, pedals, and seatpost. We include a basic tool kit and instructions, but recommend a professional safety check.
What is your return policy on cycling gear?
We offer a 30-day return policy for most accessories and apparel, provided they are in new, unused condition with original packaging. Please note that for safety reasons, helmets cannot be returned once the tags are removed.
Do you offer professional bike fitting services?
Yes, we offer both basic and advanced bike fitting at our physical location to ensure your ride is comfortable and efficient. You can book an appointment through our service page.
What kind of warranty comes with my purchase?
Every new bike comes with a manufacturer's warranty covering frame defects. Components like drivetrains and brakes are covered by their respective brands, typically for one year from the date of purchase.
